Your account and learning progress
Convex stores your account and verifies sign-in. We save lesson visits, prediction commitments, completion choices, video resume positions and Watched flags, first practice results, and review schedules. Recent activity summaries support learning reports. Account progress stays until you delete the account.
Typed predictions, answers written in examples, project notes and simulation inputs are not collected by our analytics. Keep your project notes in your own files. Public sample progress can stay in your browser; importing an earlier browser record into an account is your choice.
Zoho sends verification and password-reset codes from noreply@growmateai.in. Optional course updates require a separate, unchecked marketing choice in My learning. You can change that choice there. No campaigns are sent automatically by this release.
Optional analytics
If you allow it, we collect page/sample visits, sign-up steps, allowlisted campaign tags, video playback positions and active learning time. Sessions end after 30 minutes without activity. Active time counts only while the page is visible and you have interacted recently or a video reports playing.
These are first-party course reports stored in Convex. There is no session replay. Raw optional events are kept for 90 days; daily reporting totals for approximately 13 months. Withdrawing consent stops collection for this browser and requests deletion of its linked raw session events. Anonymous totals already produced remain. Saved account progress continues to work.
Who can see reports
The verified course owner can see learner progress and account details. Contact lists for future campaigns include only learners who have opted in to marketing. Test and owner activity are excluded from normal reports.
Videos and hosting
The website runs on Hostinger. Videos load from YouTube only after you press Play. YouTube then receives a request from your browser and applies its own policies. Unlisted videos can be played by anyone who obtains their link. They are not individually locked to a course account.
Browser storage
Sign-in storage keeps your session. Separate account caches help save progress during short connection failures. Guest progress is kept separate. If storage is unavailable, queued changes may need this tab to stay open until they sync.
